S-kh-m or Sekhem, is the Ancient Egyptian word for power and energy. Throughout the continent of Afrika, a vast majority of its culture’s words and proverbs seep powerfully through the sands of time; ancient Egyptian culture is no different. I look to the word for what it symbolizes, and how I can incorporate that into my handcrafted crystal jewelry collection. Crystals created by The Most High and formed on the earth, are believed to carry an immense amount of energy and power that can offer us healing, and help us through troubling times. I want all forms of my artwork to represent constant growth, (represented within my swirl and spiral patterns) and healing, (represented with the use of Copper and crystals from the earth).

Sekhem Healing is similar to Reiki yet like the other systems, it has its own distinctive vibrational frequency; it ranges from pure unconditional love to enlightenment. Normally channeled through the hands of the practitioner, the practice of Sekhem accelerates our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual development, along with elevating our vibrational frequency.
