Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

Damaged Artwork

If you notice any serious damage to your package and upon unpacking your painting from Deja Marie Visual Art, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the piece was damaged in transit, we will endeavor a restoration of the piece. You are responsible for handling the shipping costs. In the event that we are unable to restore the painting’s damages, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).

Sculptures and Masks

As with all paintings, all items are final sale for sculptures and masks. If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package and upon unpacking your sculpture or mask from Deja Marie Visual Art, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the piece was damaged in transit, we will endeavor a restoration of the piece. You are responsible for handling the cost of shipping. In the event that we are unable to restore the damages, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).

Jewelry 

Please be sure to pick out your jewelry carefully, as all items are final sale. It is important you measure your wrist or fingers before purchasing bracelets and rings to ensure it is the perfect fit for you. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 5 days of receiving your jewelry at dejamariefineart@gmail.com to alert us of the wrong size of an item, or damage to the item, and return the item to us. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Upon receipt of the damaged or wrong item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Please note due to the increase of materials such as Copper and the amount of time creation takes, we do not allow refunds or exchanges for custom made, or “made on demand” crystal jewelry, (pendants, rings, accessories etc.) Please be sure to read all crystal jewelry descriptions thoroughly and measure your wrists, fingers, ankles, arms, and neck if applicable.

In the event an item is seriously damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of recieveing your order and submit a photograph via email to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Custom/Commissioned Jewelry

If ordering online, please be sure to accurately measure your wrist and fingers before requesting custom bracelets and rings to ensure the piece is the perfect fit for you. Deja Marie Visual Arts is not responsible for any sizing inaccuracies in the event that your measurements are incorrect. If ordering in person, there will be someone available to take measurements for you if requested. Note we will not allow returns or exchanges on commissioned jewelry. In rare cases, we will allow for replacements of a custom piece if the cost to replace and recreate the item does not match or exceed the original cost to create it.

***Please be mindful that all pieces are hand wrapped/handmade, natural and unique. Please allow for minor imperfections to exist.***

Refunds (Only if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your return item. If you are approved for a refund or replacement (jewelry items only) then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

I ensure that all items are packaged with care so that you, the customer, are happy with your order. In the rare event that there is an issue with your order, we will work diligently with you to get it solved.
