Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please choose your artwork carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Artwork

If your package arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear digital images of the damage.

  • If the artwork was damaged in transit, we will attempt to restore it.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

  • If restoration is not possible, we will issue a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and its Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable).

Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Sculptures & Masks

All sculptures and masks are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged Sculptures & Masks

Jewelry Sales & Refunds

Final Sale Policy

All jewelry sales are final. Please ensure you measure your wrist or fingers before purchasing bracelets and rings to guarantee the perfect fit.

Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  1. Contact us at dejamariefineart@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your jewelry regarding incorrect sizing or damage.

  2. Return the item to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will:

  • Ship a replacement if available.

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Due to the time and cost of materials such as copper, all custom-made or "made-on-demand" crystal jewelry (pendants, rings, accessories, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Please read all product descriptions carefully and ensure you measure your wrist, fingers, ankles, arms, or neck as needed before purchasing.

Damaged Jewelry

If your jewelry arrives seriously damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and submit clear photographs via email to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Custom & Commissioned Jewelry

When ordering online, please ensure you accurately measure your wrist and fingers before requesting custom bracelets and rings to guarantee a perfect fit.

  • Deja Marie Visual Arts is not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • If ordering in person, we can assist with measurements upon request.

  • Returns and exchanges on commissioned jewelry are not accepted.

  • In rare cases, we may offer replacements if the cost to replace and recreate the item does not exceed the original cost of creation.

Handcrafted & Natural Materials

Please be aware that all pieces are handcrafted using natural materials, making each one unique. Minor imperfections may be present, adding to the charm and individuality of each item.

We appreciate your understanding and embrace these subtle variations as a testament to the artisanal nature of the work.

Refunds (Only If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification confirming receipt.

  • If approved for a refund or replacement (jewelry items only), your replacement will be shipped, or a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
