The paintings to the far left and right are my depiction of neon blue jellyfish effortlessly floating beneath the ocean; while the background is purposely pure white giving center attention to the marine animal. The body of work in the center, is my close up depiction of the jellyfish’s “oral arms” upside down as the hood and tentacles are out of frame. I love and admire the mysterious nature of these species and this body of work exists as my first works expressing my appreciation for them.
